Access, correction & export
Email support@naka.baby with “Naka privacy request” and say what you would like to access, correct or receive a copy of. We will verify your identity and access rights before disclosing private information. Do not include passwords or child health records in the request.
Delete information
You can request deletion of your account or personal information without installing the app. The account and data deletion page explains how to request it, verification and the current prerelease limits.
Optional features & consent
This website has no active marketing signup and does not enroll you in marketing. If optional marketing launches, it will have a separate opt-in and an unsubscribe route. Contact us if you believe you received unwanted Naka marketing.
When app features become available, optional photo/video and notification permissions will be controlled by the app and your phone settings. App notifications, transactional messages and optional marketing will be separate choices. Care records will not be used for advertising targeting.
